Rubus horrefactus P.J.Müll. & Lefèvre, Jahresber. Pollichia 16/17: 252 (1859).

Synon.: R. tuberculatus Bab., Fl. Cambridge: 306 (1860).


Field research both in the United Kingdom and in France and comparison of the types has made clear that R. horrefactus and R. tuberculatus are identical.
